How do I place an order?
Simply select your item, choose your size and color, and proceed to checkout. Once your order is placed, you’ll receive an email confirmation.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards, debit cards, PayPal, Apple Pay, and Google Pay.
Can I change or cancel my order after it’s placed?
We begin processing orders quickly, so cancellations or changes may not always be possible once your order is confirmed. Please contact us as soon as possible using the contact form above and we’ll do our best to help.
Shipping & Delivery
Where do you ship?
Currently, we ship to the United States and Canada.
How much does shipping cost?
United States:
- Economy (4–8 business days): $3.99 first item, $2.09 each additional item
- Standard (2–5 business days): $4.75 first item, $2.40 each additional item
Canada:
- Standard (10–30 business days): $9.39 first item, $4.39 each additional item
How long will it take to get my order?
Orders are processed within 2–5 business days before shipping. Delivery time depends on your chosen method (see above).
Will I receive tracking information?
Yes! Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email with your tracking number.

Forma & Flow focuses on premium, midweight, boxy tees, premium heavyweight and lightweight hoodies, and other high-quality apparel pieces featuring subtle, art-inspired designs.
Will the colors look exactly like they do online?
We do our best to represent colors accurately, but slight variations may occur due to differences in screen settings and garment production.
How should I care for my clothing?
To preserve the quality of your piece:
- Wash inside out in cold water
- Use mild detergent
- Tumble dry on low or hang dry
- Do not iron directly over designs
Returns & Exchanges
What is your return policy?
We accept returns or exchanges in accordance with our Refund Policy. Please note that items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition.
Who pays for return shipping?
Unless the product is defective or incorrect, customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
